Rent the Peterson Barn
The Peterson Barn is a fully furnished guest house is available to rent by the night, week, or month. Rent includes: wireless Internet, heat, water/sewer, garbage. There is no cable TV or phone service, renters should provide a cell phone. The guest space is 750 square feet, with a bath, kitchen, eating and living room on the main floor and a large bedroom loft with sink on the second floor. The barn sleeps four, using a hide-a-bed. The interior is finished in a variety of hard and soft woods.

The Peterson Barn is located in SE Moscow, Idaho, close to a bike trail that runs through the University of Idaho campus and connects to a trail to Pullman.

This structure was never actually a barn. It was constructed as a guest house with two car garage below. It was built by hand using a timber frame technique from England called “cruck” frame, where long curved pieces support a ridge pole.
